Family Life is the hub for all things family at Celebration Church. This encompasses children, couples and parenting. Family Life provides opportunities for you to connect into relationships with other families. We also provide resources for every season of the journey. Together, we are leading families to experience a God-first life!

Family Groups

We encourage everyone at Celebration Church to participate in a group regularly. Family Groups offer an opportunity to get connected into relationships with other families. They also offer training to help you put God first in your family life.

Family curricula varies by semester and campus location.Sample Family curricula consists of and is not limited to:

  • Growing Kids God’s Way
  • Love and Respect
  • Our Secret Paradise
  • Marriage on the Rock
  • MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
  • The Smart Stepfamily
  • Divorce Care, both for Parents and for Kids
  • …and many more!

Devotion

At Celebration, a major part of experiencing the God-first life is personal devotion. We encourage you to find “devo” time on a daily basis individually, as a couple or as a family. As a church, we recommend the Celebration Bible Reading Plan Celebration Bible Reading Plan and SOAP Method of Journaling, to add a simple structure to your devo time.

For Couples: One of the most powerful habits a couple can develop to strengthen their marriage is to seek God together. We encourage all our married couples to share their devo time regularly: reading the Word together and praying for one another.

For Families: We believe that you, as parents, are the primary spiritual role model in your child’s life (Proverbs 22:6, Ephesians 6:4). As such, a powerful way to disciple your children is to cultivate in them the habit of personal devotion. To support you in this, we developed the CK Reading Plan and the SUDS Devo Method. The CK Reading Plan and SUDS complement our Church-Wide Reading Plan and SOAP method for adults.

Each Kid, ages K-5th Grade, receives his/her daily SUDS bookmark at church each week. You can also find the weekly bookmark on our Celebration Kids Facebook Page or connect in on Twitter.

FAMILY SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

Serving together as a couple or family is a great way to grow in faith. There are numerous opportunities for couples/families to serve together at Celebration, including teams like Guest Services, Celebration Kids, local outreaches and more! FAMILY MISSION TRIPS

Through our partnership with 6:8 Ministries and our Celebration Campus in San Jose, Costa Rica, you can take your family on a safe, accessible, and life-changing International mission trip together! For more information, please visit our Impact Global Page and check the scheduled missions trips marked “open for families.” Other trips may become family trips as the demand grows, so let us know of your interest as soon as possible!

MARRIAGE CONFERENCES

Each year, we rally our couples for a marriage conference. Our marriage conferences focus on equipping and refreshing you as husband and wife. Stay tuned to www.celebration.org for details.
